Released in April 2026, Home Is Nothing But a State of Mind follows a loose concept, exploring the idea of “home” and its many facets as a metaphor for identity, belonging, and emotional space. The prevalent theme of feeling out of place in the world, along with the burning desire to care for both our physical and mental spaces, helps us understand that “home” is ultimately what we make it; therefore, it is a state of mind.

CRISE DU LOGEMENT showcases the horrors of the North American housing crisis through the lens of a Montreal resident. Here, the character experiences betrayal as he is kicked out of his home due to the landlord wanting to conduct renovations. Through loud and saturated guitars, the song explores how the insidious and greedy nature of leasing housing to tenants is masked by legal and superficial justifications.
petty in pink – single

“Petty in Pink” explores a man who is resentful about everything and revels in that bitterness rather than try to change it. Through heavy guitars, sorrowing solos, and catchy choruses, the music may be framing pettiness as something cool—or even badass. But, when the lyrics are taken at face value, the character may come across as deeply pathetic and emotionally immature. Yet from his point of view, he flourishes in such negative spaces, convinced that his pettiness is “pink”—and thus extravagant and harmless.
